Create project
First create new project:
Select File/New Project menu.
Enter project name, select project type and measure units.
Different type of project has different set of record fields, that is projects types are tuned for
specific needs, what favorably distinguish Track-Album from common purpose spread sheets.
Create record
After project is created it is possible to create records.
Records are an essential elements of a project, they contain information about your flights/rides which is used for statistics.

View statistics
As soon as you created records you can view statistics.
Statistics is also tuned for project type.
For example for flight logs besides total flight duration there is statistics by aircraft, mountain flight time, flight by location, etc.
Download track
If you have GPS device then download tracks and view them in 3D on 'Google Earth'.
